Absolutely. In fact, most of my clients have already done alot of “work” on themselves. Human Design is usually the missing piece to their self-development journey. Human Design doesn’t ask you to become someone new, it gives you permission to finally be yourself. If other methods haven’t clicked, it’s probably because they were trying to fit you into a mold you were never designed for. That’s why this work lands so deeply when nothing else has.

Ideally yes, as even a few minutes can change your chart. If you’re not sure, you can check your birth certificate or contact the hospital where you were born, they’ll usually have it on record.
